Singapore Airlines (SIA) will elevate the Premium Economy Class in-flight experience. Passengers in the cabin class will be able to enjoy larger quantities, finer ingredients, and a number of new recipes beginning March 31, as well as new environmentally friendly amenity packages.
According to a press statement from SIA, this is the first thorough overhaul of the Premium Economy Class in-flight experience since the cabin class was introduced in 2015.
Singapore Airlines’ philosophy is never to stand still. Yeoh Phee Teik, Senior Vice President Customer Experience at SIA, stated, “We regularly gather customer feedback and conduct market research to learn more about the evolving value drivers for travellers and find innovative ways to continue delivering a personalised and world-class in-flight experience.”
“Based on these insights, we have implemented a full overhaul of our Premium Economy Class in-flight amenities, which we feel will thrill our guests. “The result reflects Singapore Airlines’ dedication to elevating the Premium Economy Class experience to a new level,” he added.
