SINGAPORE: As part of the Housing and Development Board’s (HDB) first Build-to-Order (BTO) exercise of the year, 4,126 BTO apartments planned were put up for sale on Wednesday, February 21.
The apartments are spread over seven brand-new developments in the following estates: Woodlands, Bedok, Hougang, Punggol, Queenstown, and Choa Chu Kang.
Tanglin Halt Courtyard is one of the projects available under the Prime Location Public Housing model, which has more stringent requirements for selling.
Along with the BTO apartments, 1,588 Sale of Balance Flats (SBF) units spread throughout several towns and estates are up for grabs during the February sale exercise.
It was earlier reported that HDB would launch three BTO launches in 2024 as opposed to four, resulting in the launch of 19,600 new flats overall.
